Norwalk Grassroots Tennis was founded in 1995 by Arthur Goldblatt, a passionate tennis player determined to provide economically disadvantaged youth with the opportunity to learn the game. The Friends of Tennis at Oak Hills Park in Norwalk are proud to honor the legacy of Art Goldblatt, a true champion of community, youth development, and the sport of tennis by hosting a USTA Tennis Tournament on September 19th through the 21st
